As an offer engineer at TIAB, you will be responsible for:
- Checking eligibility requirements;
- Analyzing bid requests, specifications, or plans on which the offer will be based;
- Preparing technical-commercial offers in the field of electrical installations for participation in tenders;
- Entering bill of quantities items and quantities into specialized programs;
- Extracting quantity lists from technical plans;
- Requesting additional information to clarify various aspects regarding the offer;
- Drafting local norms and price analysis by activities (materials, labor, equipment, transport);
- Issuing requests for quotations to equipment, materials, equipment, and services suppliers;
- Issuing requests for offers to specialized subcontractors;
- Compiling the bid file according to the bid request.
You will need:
- Higher education in the technical field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding activities;
- Experience in using and consulting technical regulations and specialized legislation;
- Working knowledge of the SICAP bidding platform;
- Working knowledge of estimate programs (WinDoc, WinDev, etc.);
- Ability to work with deadlines;
- Prioritization skills;
- English language - conversational/medium level;
- Communication and teamwork skills.
